Many years of research

I first happened upon the old quarry in 2000, and over time I developed the College Heights vision in more and more detail. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find an investor. I think that the time has come for many projects like College Heights. Green building, affordability, environmental responsibility should become a high priority for America. HAPA is seeking a forward-thinking investor who sees the potential for the old quarry and will work with us to show the way to a higher quality of life beyond sprawl and car dependency.
